Dunkin' in Connecticut

"Fortunately this location was still open at 9:40 pm. I ordered coffee. It was fresh and prepared to my preference. I have gone there frequently and get excellent service and food any hour they are supposed to be open."

"First Dunkin I have been to where they have kiosks to order your items. It was so easy to navigate and I didn't have to interact with anyone. The server made the coffees and put them on the counter for us. There were several tables inside to sit at & since I was on a date we decided to hang out inside Dunkin for a bit. It was quiet which was nice (it was around 6:30pm-7pm on a Friday) The only negative thing I can say is that all the tables inside were dirty. It looked like there were only 2 workers and I don't recall if this had a drive-thru but I know Dunkin employees have long lists of duties they need to address while taking and making customers orders so it's possible they just didn't get the chance to address the tables during my time there."

"This is the only DD when i can get my coffee. I have a DD about 2mns from my house but i rather drive all the way to exit 25 (i am by Naugatuck Valley Community College) to get it from this place. I work in Meriden and used to buy it over there however idk what happened that they started to make my coffee nasty. Mess up on my oders all the time. Asked for hazelnut shot and would give me a coffee tasting like pumkin spice . Tried an other DD in Meriden and they never ever put sugar in the coffee even though i always ask for 6 sugars. Out of like 20times i went there ild say 2 maybe 3 times they put sugar so i tried this location on Kukas ln and hasn't failed me yet. They're quick, polite and make my coffee perfect . Keep up the good work"

"I am in here just about everyday after work! Excellent service and a really warm vibe. Plus, there is a particular employee that has THE prettiest smile. Coffee's are so much better when you receive them with a smile like hers."

"Stopped during a long trip for a bathroom break. Only one bathroom here so there was a line. But the staff didn't bother anyone waiting. Wound up getting a coffee specialty drink to go. Worked out fine for us. Hope they have the donut you want, and no line for the bathroom and...enjoy!!!"
